Welcome all to the love and grace of Jesus. Cornerstone United Methodist is excited to have you in worship with us today for our 10:30 blended service. We are so glad that the weather has cooperated and we are back in person today! Today, we start off with our wonderful Carolyn Kramlich playing a prelude of “How Firm a Foundation”, followed by “A Mighty Fortress Is Our God” led by Thomas Sheets. Musically, we continue with “Child of Blessing, Child of Promise”, again led by Thomas Sheets. Then, our praise team leads us with “Peace Be Still” and concludes with “Firm Foundation”. Today is a special service as we celebrate the sacrament of baptism, and we ask that you join us for a congregational response! Our choral anthem will be presented by our choir and is titled “Let Your Mercy Flow”. As we move into our message, the scripture today is a Psalter reading will from Psalm 46:1-11. Our message will be presented by Rev. Dr. Brian Germano and is titled “Tornadoes, Hurricanes & Other “Acts of God”. We continue to explore where God is at when tragedy strikes.
